The dwarves live in mines adjacent to the desert and are known for their greed. They are masters of construction but do not possess innate magic abilities; instead, they use artifacts and magic crystals created by the elbs to wield magic, although it is typically less potent. They tunnel deep beneath the dragonlands, using lava to fuel their forges and furnaces.

The Elbs live in the open, with only their queen having a house in the trees. They are the guardians and protectors of magic, possessing knowledge and mastery over it. They exchange enchanted crystals and magical items for armor and weapons with the dwarves.

The wartocs live in dwarven mines. They were created by dwarves while they experimented with magic crystals. Their four arms make them the perfect diggers, and they are responsible for most of the mining work while the dwarves focus on the technical aspects. They are a hybrid of orcs and dwarves and while most are peaceful, some harbor a hatred for the dwarves and their treatment of them. Additionally, they possess magical abilities.
